Due to the nature of this material, you may see small air bubbles on the surface of the product which add to the individuality of each piece. USEFUL INFORMATION:
All our products are bespoke and exclusively made hand-made to order, so each item will be slightly different from images shown on the site.
As each product is hand poured and we are careful to avoid any air bubbles, slight unevenness and bumps. However, this may occur due to the nature of the Jesmonite, but please not that this is unavoidable. We don’t classify this as a defect unless it affects the functioning of the product.

NOTE:
While all our products are sealed and water-resistant, Jesmonite can still absorb liquids and waxes causing spots/marks. We cannot accept returns or refund you for that reason. Please note that extended exposure to outdoor will result in accelerated blemishes and markings.
